Special Projects, GTM

100k – 160kSan Francisco, CAOnsite3+ YOE
Summary

Own positioning, messaging, SEO, customer marketing, and GTM campaigns for an AI recruiting startup. Requires 3-5 years in growth, product marketing, or biz ops at a B2B SaaS/AI company.

About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging across every customer-facing surface: website, sales decks, product one-pagers, launch announcements.
  • Own the category narrative. Define how the market understands agentic AI recruiting, why we lead it, and how we're different from everyone claiming the same thing.
  • Win at search. Own SEO and GEO end to end so Alex is the first answer when companies look for AI recruiting.
  • Turn customers into proof. Build the case studies, testimonials, and stories that make Alex a no-brainer for Fortune 500 talent teams – and run the customer marketing programs around them.
  • Drive enterprise demand. Partner with sales to build the campaigns, content, and field presence (events, webinars, trade shows) that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Make every launch land. Run go-to-market for new products and features so they drive value for our customers and prospects.
  • Measure what moves the needle. Track what's resonating across channels, cut what isn't, and use AI to ship like a team several times your size.

About You

  • 3-5 years in biz ops, growth, product marketing, or related at a B2B SaaS or AI startup.
  • Range – you can work demand gen, PMM, brand; you're not a single-channel specialist.
  • A sharp writer who turns technical complexity into memorable stories.
  • A track record you can point to – pipeline, traffic, rankings, or conversions you generated.
  • Owner mentality – you drive outcomes, operate independently, communicate directly, and always keep the company’s best interests in mind.
  • Ability to own a budget and defend where spend goes.
