Account Manager, Growth UK&I

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of current product offerings and learn the product roadmap to address customer questions confidently.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand customer health, maintain strategic alignment, and coordinate communication.
  • Create account plans that identify expansion opportunities, including new frameworks and security tools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal opportunities, from initial meeting through close, including negotiation and coordination with internal resources.
  • Forecast monthly expansion and churn accurately and maintain clean Salesforce pipeline data.
  • Apply a consultative approach focused on customer needs when architecting solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling to or managing customers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; a second European language is preferred.
  • Ability to work in the London office three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline independently.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills for internal and customer-facing audiences.
  • High motivation, sense of urgency, and adaptability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and Support.
  • Previous security and compliance experience is highly desirable but not required.
  • Curiosity and sound judgment when using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
