Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal process for an assigned territory, tracking quote-to-close accurately across a high volume of accounts.
  • Use Salesforce, dashboards, health scores, and AI tools such as Claude to analyze account data, identify renewal risk, prioritize activity, and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Negotiate standard contract renewals using established pricing and packaging guidance; escalate complex or high-risk deals when needed.
  • Engage stakeholders early to understand budget timing, approval processes, and potential blockers.
  • Identify risk signals and coordinate with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales for cross-functional support.
  • Present pricing and packaging options using team templates and guidance.
  • Communicate Mixpanel’s value clearly in writing and conversation, escalating competitive pressure when appropriate.
  • Contribute to renewal playbooks and automated workflows, including email cadences and segmentation.
  • Share insights about customer objections and renewal patterns to improve the team’s approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales, ideally managing a high-volume book of business.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent renewals.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, spreadsheets, dashboards, health scores, and AI tools to analyze data and build forecasts.
  • Understanding of pricing, negotiation, gross revenue retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Ownership of a book of business, with proactive risk identification and renewal management.
  • Interest in building scalable playbooks and automated workflows.
  • Clear, direct written communication, particularly through email and digital channels.
  • Collaborative approach across Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Support, and Finance.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, including cohorts, alerts, dashboards, and product usage data.
  • Experience in product analytics, data tooling, or developer-facing SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools.
  • Additional European language skills.
