What You’ll Do
- Own Pirros’ sales strategy, revenue plan, and lead, manage, coach, and develop the Sales and Business Development teams
- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, territories, and accountability across the organization
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation and discovery through negotiation and close
- Personally support and lead strategic, complex, and high-value opportunities
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and provide clear pipeline reporting to company leadership
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and other key metrics
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead generation, positioning, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
- Partner with Customer Success to support smooth customer handoffs, renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to communicate market feedback, customer needs, objections, and competitive insights
- Improve sales enablement, onboarding, training, messaging, playbooks, and objection-handling resources
- Build and continuously improve a repeatable, scalable sales process
- Develop compensation plans and incentive structures that align sales performance with company goals
- Represent Pirros with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience helping scale ARR from ~$10 million to $50 million in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment
- Strong coaching, leadership, and performance-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong forecasting, pipeline-management, and sales-analytics capabilities
- Experience selling technical workflow, collaboration, document-management, or vertical SaaS products
- Expert with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales platforms
- Experience developing sales playbooks, compensation plans, territory models, forecasting processes, and enablement programs
Nice to Have
- Experience selling software to architecture, engineering, construction, BIM, Revit, or AEC customers
- Existing relationships within the architecture, engineering, construction, or design technology industries
