Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for a large Eastern territory, from prospecting through contract closure.
- Drive growth across health systems and physician groups for Rad AI’s product lines.
- Collaborate with Customer Success on deployments and partnership expansion.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and healthcare decision-makers, including physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, and radiology directors.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue quotas and maintain a pipeline sufficient to achieve quota.
- Manage account targeting, deal qualification, prioritization, and accurate forecasting.
- Develop relationships with both clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Educate radiologists about Rad AI’s impact on clinicians and patients.
- Build deep familiarity with Rad AI products and the development roadmap.
- Travel regularly throughout the territory to build in-person stakeholder relationships.
- Potentially build a sales team as the region scales.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of direct sales experience.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle healthcare SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated record of exceeding KPIs.
- Health technology experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with radiology workflows or PACS/RIS environments is a strong plus.
- Action-oriented, fast-moving, intrinsically motivated, and focused on delivering outcomes.

- Annual salary range: $300,000–$350,000.
