Responsibilities
- Drive top-line revenue across the Northeast region by acquiring new logos and increasing adoption and upsells among existing clients.
- Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing team of Account Executives.
- Partner with the Vice President to define the regional go-to-market strategy.
- Project vertical growth, territories, and partners while aligning sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit, build, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Develop senior relationships with key targets, top accounts, diverse personas, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Forecast revenue accurately.
- Maintain transparency in pipeline management, pricing negotiations, and territory allocations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, sales, or another relevant sales field.
- At least 5 years of people-management experience.
- Experience selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
- Ability to develop customer-aligned vision, build cross-group alignment, and cultivate champions.
- Strong articulation of competitive positioning.
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills.

- Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, business intelligence/data warehousing, and data integration.
Compensation and benefits
- US national base pay range: $100,000–$150,000 USD.
- Eligible roles may receive commission or other variable compensation through the incentive compensation program.
