About the role
What You’ll Do
Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team.
Drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth, and sales to drive awareness and self-service adoption.
Craft messaging and positioning for Reducto products that resonates with both technical personas (AI/ML engineers, software developers, data engineers, etc.) and enterprise buyer personas (executive buyers, product managers, line of business owners, etc.).
Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel, from activation through expansion, using product data to identify friction and opportunity.
Develop ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for both self-service users and enterprise customers.
Create compelling and effective technical marketing content including web, blog, video, and social media to fuel marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts.
Work closely with GTM ops team to measure our impact to the sales & marketing funnel (web traffic, leads, sales opportunities, etc.) and implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
Support sales enablement initiative that equip our teams to win: pitch decks, customer stories, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing.
