Forward Deployed Engineer integrates customer data from Salesforce, customizes AI configurations, analyzes model performance with Python/SQL/ML, and iterates hands-on during onboarding/pilots to drive ROI and scale implementations. Requires 3+ years customer-facing experience, strong technical skills, and high ownership.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers during onboarding and pilot phases: integrate their data (connecting to Salesforce, understanding and transforming data into standardized format), customize configurations, and iterate in real time.
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling, deployment playbooks, and product defaults to streamline future implementations.
- Analyze customer data, model performance, and dig into issues using SQL and Python.
- Own delivery for customers, ship quickly, and iterate based on feedback on LLM + ML model performance.
Requirements
- Incredibly detail oriented with ability to manage multiple customer requests and translate into code.
- Very strong engineering, ML, and data background: great Python & SQL skills, ML fundamentals, interest/experience with LLMs.
- High autonomy, ambitiousness, ownership; pragmatic and love to ship quickly.
- Great communicator with technical & GTM skills; scrappy and customer-focused.
- High learning agility and stellar career trajectory.
Nice-to-Haves
- 3+ years experience working closely with internal stakeholders or customers (e.g., founder, Data Scientist, Solutions/Forward Deployed Engineer).
- Experience owning customer delivery.
- Experience at hyper-growth startup or top tech company.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD
