Responsibilities
- Partner with the CTO, CPO, and cross-functional leaders to drive annual and quarterly Product and Technology planning, resource allocation, and operating expense decisions.
- Own executive operating cadences for the CTO and CPO, including leadership meetings, executive reviews, all-hands, and follow-through on decisions and commitments.
- Maintain executive visibility into portfolio health, outcomes, milestones, ROI, risks, and decisions across Platform Foundations, AI/ML, Growth, Ads & Monetization, and Product Engineering.
- Establish frameworks for balancing platform investment, technical debt, maintenance, and long-term innovation.
- Act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues and advance CTO and CPO priorities.
- Lead strategic, cross-functional Product and Technology initiatives from framing through execution.
- Establish delegation and accountability frameworks, track executive commitments, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Synthesize complex product, technical, and business decisions into recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Resolve cross-functional blockers across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and People.
- Represent Product and Technology in planning, board preparation, executive reviews, and strategic forums.
- Evaluate and embed AI tools across the product development lifecycle to improve velocity and delivery.
- Shape operating models, execution cadences, and collaboration practices for AI-first product development.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience across technology strategy, business operations, product or technology leadership, or management consulting in high-growth technology companies.
- Deep familiarity with software engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and platform architecture.
- Experience serving as a force multiplier for executive leaders and establishing accountability across Product and Technology organizations.
- Experience designing portfolio reviews, capital or resource allocation models, and operating cadences tied to business KPIs.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to align Product, Finance, Legal, People, and Technology stakeholders and drive execution without formal authority.
