Finance Lead
Builds and leads finance function for growth-stage AI startup, partnering with founders on strategy, planning, fundraising, and ROI-driven investments. Requires early-stage startup finance experience, IB/PE background, and familiarity with AI economics.

Key Responsibilities
- Help lead the quarterly and annual planning cycle guiding overall company strategy, resource allocation, and decision-making
- Serve as strategic partner to founders, GTM, and R&D across opportunities to drive ROI, make strategic investments that drive growth.
- Own materials for our Board meetings and serve as a key partner on future fundraising processes
- Manage relationship with accounting firm and oversee the bookkeeping process
- Drive accountability from a metric, KPI, and monitoring perspective
Requirements
- Experience as an early hire in a finance function at a growth-stage startup
- Familiarity with economics of AI / tokens / agents
- Prior experience in investment banking and/or PE
- Entrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibility
- Flexible, adaptable, willing to get hands dirty, collaborative
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range: $175,000—$210,000 USD
