Associate Director, Customer Engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation teams to deploy products from contract signature through implementation.
• Manage 6–8 active and mature projects concurrently, based on complexity.
• Execute project plans; identify and monitor issues, risks, and dependencies; maintain current plans; and remove barriers to progress.
• Track progress and prepare regular status reports for clients, internal project teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer communications and prepare for internal and external project meetings.
• Apply flexible, creative problem-solving to deliver client outcomes.
• Use internal dashboards to support project updates, particularly post-implementation ROI measurement and ongoing product health.
• Continue customer relationships after implementation by demonstrating ROI and supporting ongoing product maintenance.
• Travel occasionally as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• Experience leading technical implementations.
• Client-facing experience in enterprise software and professional services or consulting environments.
• Project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams, designing and executing timelines, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify options and suggest solutions to solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and follow up on multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with technical concepts and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

• Salary range: $140,000–$175,000 plus variable compensation and equity.
