Leads cross-functional customer implementation projects from contract signature through deployment, then supports post-implementation ROI and product health. Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation teams to deploy products from contract signature through implementation.
- Manage 6–8 active and mature projects concurrently, based on complexity.
- Execute project plans; identify and monitor issues, risks, and dependencies; maintain current plans; and remove barriers to progress.
- Track progress and prepare regular status reports for clients, internal project teams, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer communications and prepare for internal and external project meetings.
- Apply flexible, creative problem-solving to deliver client outcomes.
- Use internal dashboards to support project updates, particularly post-implementation ROI measurement and ongoing product health.
- Continue customer relationships after implementation by demonstrating ROI and supporting ongoing product maintenance.
- Travel occasionally as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading software development projects.
- Experience leading technical implementations.
- Client-facing experience in enterprise software and professional services or consulting environments.
- Project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams, designing and executing timelines, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify options and suggest solutions to solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and follow up on multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with technical concepts and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.

- Salary range: $140,000–$175,000 plus variable compensation and equity.
