Responsibilities
- Build OpenLoop’s implementation PMO, including tiered playbooks, stage gates, templates, risk and change controls, escalation paths, and closure standards.
- Manage the implementation portfolio across active customer launches, including status, sequencing, dependencies, committed dates, and project manager assignments.
- Identify schedule and capacity conflicts and recommend staffing, sequencing, or trade-offs to leadership.
- Select and launch a project management platform, design workflows, migrate in-flight work, and drive adoption.
- Create customer, operating, and executive reporting on implementation status and business risk.
- Personally lead project management for strategic implementations, owning integrated plans, critical paths, scope, governance, and customer communications.
- Hire, develop, and performance-manage four Technical Project Managers.
- Coordinate readiness across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, and customers from pre-signature requirements through UAT, sign-off, and handoff.
- Partner with the Director of Technical Implementation on staffing and sequencing decisions based on portfolio demand and engineering capacity.
- Define and improve an implementation scorecard covering time to go-live, milestone attainment, schedule predictability, scope control, and project manager capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, implementation, or delivery within B2B software or services, including 3+ years managing project managers.
- Experience designing and rolling out a PMO or delivery framework involving significant technical dependencies.
- Experience owning portfolio-level resource assignment and communicating capacity and sequencing trade-offs to leadership.
- Experience selecting and implementing a project management tool, including migration of in-flight work and adoption initiatives.
- Technical project management fluency with integrations, APIs, SSO, identity, environments, data flows, UAT, and QA coordination.
- Executive-level client-facing experience, including chairing steering committees and communicating difficult updates clearly.
- Experience hiring, developing, and performance-managing project managers.
- Ability to design pragmatic, adopted processes and workflows from a low-maturity starting point.
- Ability to distinguish configuration problems, deployment problems, and product gaps.

- Experience coordinating clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, credentialing, licensing, or multi-state operational dependencies.
- Professional-services or client-delivery experience with distinct project management and technical implementation functions.
- Experience building or operating tiered delivery models.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent training.
