Delivery Director, Capacity Programs

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of on-premises infrastructure builds, including colocation expansions, power and cooling readiness, rack-and-stack, network fabric bring-up, and hardware acceptance testing.
• Drive neo cloud delivery programs, managing capacity delivery from GPU cloud and neo cloud partners, including contract milestones, capacity ramps, SLAs, and go-live readiness.
• Build and maintain master delivery schedules across concurrent, multi-site, multi-vendor programs, integrating power, shell, hardware, logistics, and software readiness into a single critical path.
• Manage stakeholders across engineering, data center operations, procurement, finance, legal, and executive leadership.
• Own vendor and partner relationships, including neo cloud providers, colocation partners, hardware OEMs, and logistics and installation contractors.
• Manage risks and dependencies involving power availability, hardware lead times, permitting, and supply chain constraints.
• Establish delivery governance, including program frameworks, milestone definitions, RAID logs, capacity tracking, and reporting cadences.
• Align capacity planning with customer contracts and internal growth targets.
• Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement efforts to improve cost, speed, and predictability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery management, or infrastructure program leadership.
• 3+ years managing large-scale physical infrastructure or data center delivery programs.
• Experience delivering on-premises data center builds from planning through go-live, including power, cooling, networking, and rack-and-stack.
• Direct experience with GPU cloud or neo cloud capacity delivery.
• Understanding of GPU cluster architectures, including InfiniBand or RoCE fabrics, rack power density, liquid cooling, and capacity contracts.
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs with hard external deadlines and significant financial or business exposure.
• Strong executive communication and risk-reporting skills.
• Vendor and partner management experience, including negotiating delivery commitments and holding partners accountable.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward action and structured problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, colocation company, or AI infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA H100, H200, or GB200 systems, power and thermal constraints, and compute supply-chain dynamics.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience building delivery or program management functions from the ground up.
