Responsibilities
- Own the executive briefing network across the region, building and maintaining relationships with major customers and prospects.
- Plan and lead executive engagement, including meetings and multi-day trips for company executives in the region.
- Drive new market entry and intelligence by identifying sub-regions, industries, and strategies for net-new customer acquisition.
- Execute the regional enterprise growth strategy across the partner and customer lifecycle, from planning trips and roadshows to supporting account executives through close.
- Build relationships with partners, customers, and regional stakeholders that contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business development, venture capital, or sales.
- Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments and achieving goals without an established playbook.
- Direct customer-facing and cross-functional experience.
- Demonstrated professional initiative and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence.
- Ability to perform as a high-impact individual contributor.
- Familiarity with the developer tooling ecosystem and current AI trends.
