Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and close a high-quality pipeline across the Middle East Private territory.
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on enterprise private-sector organizations in Dubai, the Gulf, and selected accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Prospect strategically into CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Engineering, IT leaders, and other senior business and technical decision-makers.
- Create, progress, and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for new-logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Build executive relationships that create long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Professional Services to align technical and business value throughout the sales process.
- Work with channel and ecosystem partners to increase market coverage, strengthen account strategy, and maximize deal size.
- Participate in sales enablement, advanced sales training, and leadership development programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Proven success closing net-new logos and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling to enterprise private-sector organizations across the Middle East, ideally including UAE and Gulf markets.
- Strong ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, phone, social, and partner-led motions.
- Consistent track record of overachievement against quota and business goals.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong skill in building champions, navigating complex organizations, and managing long sales cycles.
- High levels of urgency, ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
- Based in Dubai or willing to work from Dubai under the hybrid model.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Familiarity with databases, developer tools, cloud platforms, open-source technologies, or modern data and AI architectures.
- Experience in consultative, value-based enterprise sales environments.
- Regional knowledge and cultural fluency across Middle Eastern business environments.
