Startups Marketing Lead
Own Sentry's startup marketing program end-to-end: building partnerships with accelerators/VCs, driving acquisition from free to paid, representing Sentry at founder events, and shaping credits/onboarding for early-stage companies.
About the job
Responsibilities

- Instrument pipeline tracking and identify where acquisition leaks occur
- Represent Sentry at demo days, founder events, and SF tech week
- Build genuine relationships with founders and early engineers in the startup ecosystem
- Create content and campaigns tailored to startup audiences (founders and early engineers)
- Shape the startup program: evolve credits structure, trial experience, and onboarding for early-stage teams
- Advocate for startup needs in product and packaging decisions
- Define KPIs connecting startup program activity to revenue outcomes
Requirements
- 4–7 years in marketing, growth, or partnerships with significant time working with or inside early-stage startups

- Track record working across growth, brand, community, and partnerships
- Familiarity with developer tools or B2B SaaS ecosystem
- Experience managing partner relationships (accelerators, VCs, deal platforms) with measurable results
