Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into aligned technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other audiences.
- Strong technical communication skills, including translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Comfortable with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Strong collaboration, communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for using technology safely and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $240,000–$315,000 USD. For sales roles, this is the On Target Earnings range, including target commissions or bonuses and annual base salary.
