Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize repeatable workflows for loyalty and revenue-generating programs
- Develop performance analysis and reporting that deliver clear, actionable insights
- Implement lightweight systems for hardware and inventory tracking and reconciliation
- Contribute to CRM optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Support and execute ad hoc initiatives to advance new revenue opportunities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue ops, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights
- Comfort working with Claude Code, SQL, CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred), Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase)
- Technically savvy; coding or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a strong plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to both build systems and execute within them
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive, resourceful, and willing to "grab the ball"

- Prior experience working with restaurants or hospitality operators
- Experience with loyalty programs, rewards systems, or partner-funded promotions
- Revenue operations or systems-building experience at a startup
- Hardware, inventory, or logistics coordination experience
Compensation
- Target hourly rate: $35-$45/hour (6-month contract, potential for extension)
