Responsibilities
- Support procurement, sourcing, and order tracking for high-tech components used in ground station production.
- Monitor inventory, analyze trends, and help optimize stock levels to prevent production delays.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and logistics data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in building dashboards, reports, and automated tracking systems for real-time supply chain visibility.
- Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform operational decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in space technology, manufacturing, and operational excellence.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in aerospace, satellite, telecommunications, or defense industries.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
- SQL proficiency or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $70,720.
