Responsibilities

  • Support procurement, sourcing, and order tracking for high-tech components used in ground station production.
  • Monitor inventory, analyze trends, and help optimize stock levels to prevent production delays.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and logistics data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in building dashboards, reports, and automated tracking systems for real-time supply chain visibility.
  • Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform operational decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in space technology, manufacturing, and operational excellence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in aerospace, satellite, telecommunications, or defense industries.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
  • SQL proficiency or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $70,720.
