Owns carrier and provider operations for the SMS business, including 10DLC registrations, RCS applications, provisioning, and compliance workflows. Requires at least one year of telecom, messaging, trust and safety, or technical operations experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Submit and track 10DLC brand and campaign registrations end to end, including vetting, rejection, and resubmission.
- Manage day-to-day operational communication with third-party providers and drive provider tickets to closure.
- Prepare and submit RCS agent applications and manage the approval pipeline through a decision.
- Track provisioning requests for numbers, short codes, sender IDs, and toll-free verification.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales to make registration status visible.
- Maintain runbooks and reporting on registration volume, approval times, and rejection reasons as carrier and provider requirements change.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in telecom, messaging, trust and safety, or technical operations.
- Direct experience with 10DLC registration or comparable regulated submission and approval work.
- Strong organizational skills and persistence in moving approvals through slow queues.
- Clear written communication and precise status reporting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple submissions and escalations simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Twilio or Infobip consoles.
- Experience with the WhatsApp Business Platform or RCS.
- Understanding of SMS deliverability and carrier compliance concepts.
Compensation
- Base salary: $66,000–$80,000 annually for positions based in New York and California.
