Business Operations Associate, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operating model for the Program Management business line, including processes, tooling, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Risk, Compliance, Bank Operations, Legal, Sales, and Product through completion.
• Support new Program Management initiatives from concept through launch, including bank partnerships, product constructs, and managed-service offerings.
• Build reporting and metrics for the Program Management organization.
• Document and standardize ad hoc processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for Program Management questions across teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or business operations.
• Ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional work independently.
• Experience building processes from scratch and achieving results through stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to establish metrics and reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in payments or fintech operations, including sponsored bank programs, banking-as-a-service, or issuer processing.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI automation tools to improve workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD, plus equity.
