Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers and sales teams to understand business requirements and use cases.
- Develop prescriptive solution recommendations for complex enterprise needs.
- Deliver value-based technical demonstrations to enterprise audiences.
- Own and drive structured proof-of-value processes that secure technical wins.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale evaluation through product adoption and expansion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key partners.
- Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise solutions engineering experience driving end-to-end technical sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, ELT, data modeling, analytics engineering, or software development.
- Strong understanding of modern data warehousing architectures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 30% or more.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with dbt.
- Networking and security knowledge for enterprise deployments, including private networking, VPC/PrivateLink, encryption, and data governance controls.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise agentic AI solutions involving data, security, or infrastructure.

- On-target earnings of $197,512–$246,890 USD.
