  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and deep integration of Neon’s AI automation platform.
  • Operate as the connective tissue between customer workflows, engineering, and product.
  • Own the relationship: Build trust and act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from operators to executives.
  • Translate customer needs into technical specs: Rigorously map workflows, translate needs into technical requirements, and proactively identify edge cases.
  • Drive implementations: Hand-hold customers through onboarding and integration.
  • Diagnose issues: Investigate edge cases, uncover root causes, and work with engineering to resolve system or workflow challenges.
  • Manage programs: Track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple complex initiatives.
  • Expand usage: Identify opportunities to deepen customer adoption and drive additional value through new workflows and capabilities.

Experience

  • Excelled in roles such as: Product Manager, Forward-deployed engineer, Strategy & business consultant.
  • Experience navigating complex workflows, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
  • Track record of leading implementations, technical onboarding, or product rollout programs.
  • Strong presence with enterprise stakeholders: can influence, align, and communicate clearly.
  • Bonus: experience in consulting, data-heavy operational environments, or technical product roles.
