Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and scale secure AI and automation solutions for enterprise productivity.
- Use APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code tools to build technical solutions.
- Build and maintain workflow automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and configure centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable, and reliable use.
- Build AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across teams.
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into effective solutions.
- Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to support adoption of AI and automation capabilities.
- Measure productivity improvements through reductions in manual steps, workflow completion times, and operational overhead.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and deliver reliable, scalable enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in information technology systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions with APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Experience building and maintaining workflow automations.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver practical, reliable, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity platforms, workflow automation tools, or modern integration frameworks such as Glean, Dust, or Workato.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration tools and integrations, including Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, or Asana.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $123,000 USD–$172,000 USD.
