Responsibilities
- Administer Okta, including SSO application configuration, provisioning and deprovisioning, group-based triggers, troubleshooting push and provisioning errors, and Okta Workflows automation.
- Own the macOS fleet in an MDM platform such as Iru or Jamf, including blueprints, self-service items, compliance scripts, and API-driven device lifecycle automation.
- Write and maintain Bash and Python scripts for package installation, endpoint automation, and compliance checks within the existing software development lifecycle.
- Administer Atlassian tools, especially Confluence and Jira; document internal processes, triage tickets, and debug automation connected to transitions and workflow triggers.
- Deploy and maintain enterprise AI tooling, including MCP connectors and self-service setup scripts for developer AI tools.
- Apply appropriate compliance controls to enterprise AI workflows and data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
- Hands-on Okta administration experience, ideally including Okta Workflows or a similar automation platform.
- Experience with a macOS MDM platform such as Iru or Jamf, including scripting against its API.
- Administrative experience with Atlassian tools, especially Confluence and Jira.
- Ability to build and maintain automation with Python and Bash.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into enterprise workflows, such as MCP connectors or AI coding tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $115,000–$125,000 USD.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary, contingent on company performance.
