About the role

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within Sales and GTM orgs, from initial sourcing to closing candidates
  • Ensure seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams across roles from Associate to Director level
  • Monitor pipeline health using data to provide updates to partners, identify improvements, and solve recruiting challenges
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the business and proactively communicate role status, process details, market conditions, and progress
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and belonging

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes at all levels, with strong focus on executive relationship building
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting industry, including latest market trends, tools, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of building trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Metrics-driven mindset leveraging data to understand pipeline health and improve hiring efficiencies
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologies (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday)
  • Passion for building inclusive, diverse teams using various methods to attract top talent and deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Humility and commitment to treating all people with dignity and respect
