Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy highlighting Cohere’s identity, culture, and technical leadership to target talent groups.
- Run multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and search engines.
- Create compelling recruitment content, including job descriptions, employee success stories, and optimized career-site landing pages.
- Optimize and maintain the career-site experience using candidate relationship management tools to track engagement.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as cost per hire, application conversion rates, and return on investment to refine recruitment marketing.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Research teams to ensure consistent messaging across candidate touchpoints.
- Monitor competitor employer-branding strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to develop targeted campaigns for specific roles and departments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Content-creation experience with examples of compelling job descriptions and employee narratives.
- Experience with candidate relationship management tools and career-site optimization.
- Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment marketing metrics.
- Creative and strategic approach that balances brand consistency with campaign innovation.
- Passion for AI and machine learning, with an understanding of the talent landscape in these fields.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $130,000–$220,000 USD.
- Weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in local currency.
