Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Golang for complex enterprise data modeling and product use cases.
- Build systems at scale using distributed-systems technologies such as Kafka, Flink, and AWS.
- Contribute production React and React Native code for end-to-end features and performant UI components.
- Own product initiatives from problem definition through implementation, including technical designs for App Studio capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to solve complex user problems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
- Experience building scalable backend services.
- Proficiency or experience with Python, Django, Golang, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Ability to write and ship production code in React and React Native, including understanding of component lifecycles, state management, and mobile constraints.
- Ability to design scalable, reliable systems and evaluate consistency, performance, and fault-tolerance trade-offs.
- Track record of independently driving projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience building reusable systems, frameworks, or developer-facing components.
