About the role
What you’ll do
Drive critical initiatives end-to-end: define the plan, align stakeholders, manage execution, and ensure outcomes.
Company strategy support: build crisp analyses, frame decisions, and help leadership prioritize and communicate direction.
Partnerships and external relationships: support deal conversations, coordinate cross-functional follow-through, and help structure/track partnerships.
Legal and contracts support: manage contract workflows, coordinate with counsel, and keep terms, timelines, and stakeholders organized.
Team building and special projects: help stand up new functions and processes, support hiring efforts, and lead “whatever it takes” projects that unblock the team.
Operations and facilities: help ensure the office and day-to-day business operations run smoothly as we scale.
Executive communication: create high-quality decks, memos, and briefings for internal and external audiences.
What we’re looking for
High-horsepower operator who can lead discussions, run a workstream, and bring structure to messy problems.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal) who can turn complex topics into clear, compelling storylines.
Ability to produce high-quality presentations quickly with polish and accuracy.
Comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Builds trust across functions, keeps momentum, and knows when to pull in experts.
Ideal background
Military leadership experience
Top-tier MBA
MBB or similar consulting background
Experience in defense, aerospace, aviation, or other high-stakes operational environments
Bonus points
Lived through at least one “pls fix” slide-fix chapter and came out stronger.
Prior security clearance or experience working in cleared environments.
