About the role
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from self-sourced lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and renewals.
Build pipeline from ICP accounts through value-driven outbounding, research, networking, and disciplined prospecting.
Negotiate and close complex deals, handling objections and partnering with legal and finance stakeholders.
Manage executive relationships with C-suite decision-makers, drive measurable ROI, and turn deals into long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed targets, including tailored presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
Help define the sales motion as an early team member, shaping GTM operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure customer success and feed signals back into the product roadmap.
Leverage the executive team to accelerate deal cycles.
Represent Tavus at industry events to build the brand and drive top-of-funnel.
What You'll Bring
4+ years in an enterprise, customer-facing sales role with a strong track record of identifying and closing large, net-new accounts.
Experience in complex solution sales, managing a $1M+ quota and consistently closing six- and seven-figure deals.
Consistent performance against pipeline-generation targets for net-new business.
Proven prospecting and lead-generation skills through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
An analytical mindset to read market trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
