Responsibilities
Talent Coordination for R&D
- Coordinate scheduling and interview logistics for the R&D team across calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes.
- Greet and host candidates onsite, ensuring a comfortable and well-organized interview experience.
- Provide clear, timely updates to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify issues early and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate ATS data in Ashby.
Operational Excellence
- Improve R&D hiring and meeting processes by identifying and fixing inefficient workflows.
- Compile metrics on hiring pace, time to hire, and team growth for leadership.
- Support team events, offsites, and research show-and-tells.
- Identify operational gaps and build scalable processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Strong calendar and interview scheduling skills, including careful time-zone management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed in a changing environment.
- Reliable follow-through and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate there.
