Partner Strategy & Operations Manager
Leads strategy and operations for Notion's Partner and Consultant programs, building revenue models, processes, and systems to drive growth and ARR. Requires 7+ years in Strategy & Ops or related fields with strong analytics and partner expertise.

What You'll Achieve
- Lead annual and semi-annual planning for the Partner org, including invest/divest recommendations, headcount and opex, OKRs, KPIs and incentives models
- Build and own revenue and capacity models to inform investment decisions; Structure ambiguous problems through data, translating insights into clear recommendations
- Design and run “rhythm of the business” operating cadences e.g. KPI and OKR reviews to drive the right decisions at the right time
- Partner with BizTech and Data to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver the systems, reporting and analytics capabilities needed to run the Partner business
- Improve Partner process, working closely with Business Technology and Partner teams to improve end to end experience across Partner onboarding, lead gen, etc.
- Evolve Partner operating processes and experiences; Identify bottlenecks and guide process optimization and automation
- Guide and design data-backed strategies such as tiering, incentives, referral models and more

- 7+ years in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting, with applied experience in tech/SaaS
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience with Partner systems
- Advanced analytics, statistics background and/or SQL skills
- Hands-on experience directly supporting executive leadership
- Broader GTM operations experience (e.g. Sales, CS, CX, Marketing Ops)
Compensation
For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range is $185,000 - $220,000 per year.
