Own LiveKit’s startup program end to end, from founder acquisition and accelerator partnerships through onboarding, provisioning, reporting, and retention. Responsibilities
- Own the LiveKit Startups program end to end, including the offer, founder acquisition, response times, onboarding experience, and ongoing engagement.
- Build relationships with accelerators and venture funds, including YC, Founders Inc, Boost VC, HF0, South Park Commons, and a16z.
- Establish and negotiate partnerships with speech and voice model providers to expand the program’s offering.
- Run application review and approval, provisioning, partner reporting, and accurate monthly program operations.
- Monitor program health, including enrollment, time to a working agent, participant experience, and retention.
- Represent founder feedback internally to product, documentation, and pricing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in startup programs, ecosystem or platform partnerships, developer growth, or go-to-market at a developer infrastructure company; founder experience may count.
- Experience building a program, including defining criteria and terms and creating landing pages and follow-up communications.
- Ability to structure partner agreements and manage external relationships.
- Technical credibility with developers and ability to discuss software architecture with founders.
- Strong operational rigor for managing a recurring monthly cycle.
- Strategic, tactical, organized, and clear communicator with cross-functional experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience at an accelerator or on a venture capital platform team.
- Experience building or shipping voice AI, LLM agents, or real-time infrastructure.
- Experience with usage-based pricing or credit systems.
- An existing network in the early-stage AI ecosystem, including founders, scouts, and platform leads.
Compensation and Benefits
- $190,000–$240,000 salary and equity package.
