Senior Product Partnerships Manager

Own strategic product partnerships end to end, including partner selection, commercial and legal negotiations, technical integration, launch, and scaling. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong API fluency, commercial judgment, and the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships, from sourcing and qualification through negotiation, integration, launch, and scaling.
  • Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities with Product and Engineering; collaborate with Legal on risk, liability, and regulatory considerations.
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms, including pricing, revenue share, MSAs, BAFO cycles, multi-year structures, and data and intellectual property rights.
  • Coordinate launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to drive customer adoption.
  • Build relationships with senior partner counterparts and run QBRs and executive syncs.
  • Define and report partnership KPIs aligned with product and revenue priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end deals, from sourcing through launch.
  • Experience structuring and closing partnerships requiring substantial product and engineering work.
  • Strong fluency with API-based integrations and the ability to scope technical work with engineers and product managers.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, emerging categories.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including pricing, term structure, risk allocation, and contract execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product management background.
  • Experience negotiating data, API, or model-access governance terms, including MCP, model providers, or platform data exposure.
  • Experience launching a product partnership that opened a new vertical, geography, or category.
  • Exposure to ERP or accounting ecosystems.
  • Experience as a design-partner manager for early-stage products.

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: $180,000–$275,000 annually.
  • Flexible PTO.
