About the role

What you will do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO and CPO including scheduling meetings, prioritizing tasks and events, and assisting with initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between the CTO and CPO and other internal / external stakeholders, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Partner with the Workplace Operations Lead to manage and greet office visitors, and provide backup for other office administrative tasks as needed. Note: this role will be seated at the front desk of our headquarters.
  • Provide lighter weight calendar and administrative support for 1-2 additional executives, as capacity allows

What you will bring to the team

  • 2+ years previous executive assistant experience, preferably at a fast-moving tech company
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented organization systems and effective prioritization abilities
  • An ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward
  • An aptitude for making people feel welcome and supported in the office
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

Compensation

Target salary range: $90,000-$105,000. Eligible for equity incentive and competitive benefits including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health.
