Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales cycle for Enterprise prospects — from discovery and business case development to contract close.
- Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across lending, operations, and technology.
- Conduct rigorous discovery to understand each institution’s portfolio composition, draw-administration process, and operational pain points.
- Quantify Built’s impact through ROI modeling and workflow analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align messaging, demo strategy, and post-sale delivery.
- Diligently build and manage pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Built at industry conferences and client events, strengthening relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running full-cycle, consultative enterprise sales or management consulting experience within banking, finance, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of lending, real estate finance, or construction lending.
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex buying processes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to simplify complexity for executive audiences.
- Strong business acumen and comfort with ROI modeling and analysis.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed up to 25% of the year.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation
Base salary $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year, plus commission. Total rewards include equity, medical/dental/vision coverage, unlimited PTO, 401k with match, and learning grant.
