About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for large-scale commercial real estate customers to meet sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead pipeline, research, networking, conferences, and outbound outreach.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing enterprise deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Provide customer insights to product and design teams.
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years in enterprise sales with proven track record exceeding targets.
  • Strong SaaS sales background and sales process understanding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinking to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Collaborative team player.
