Supports end-to-end recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, and recruitment reporting. The 12-month apprenticeship is intended for recent graduates interested in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to support recruitment across various functions.
- Source and identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal talent databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against defined role requirements.
- Support candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience across different stages of the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and support recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online research tools, and technology.
- Prior internship experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel, and recruitment data.
- Exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, or interview coordination.
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve recruitment processes.
Compensation and Programme Details
- Full-time, 12-month apprenticeship.
- Monthly stipend: 45,000 INR.
- Remote within India.
- Programme start: September 2026.
