Associate Recruiter
The Associate Recruiter will source passive candidates and manage full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Source passive talent for critical roles and pivot across technical and non-technical hiring needs.
- Provide full-lifecycle recruiting support for a variety of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and act as a consultative talent advisor.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators, and interviewers to deliver a personalized candidate experience.
- Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices and educate stakeholders on best practices and unconscious bias.
- Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and focused pipeline development.
- Build and maintain long-term candidate engagement strategies and talent communities.
Requirements
- Passion for building a career in technical recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tactics and best practices for building top-of-funnel pipelines.
- Creative approach to sourcing and identifying new talent pools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct independent research and use data to inform strategy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business-level fluency in English.
