About the job

Responsibilities

  • Translate account management’s state-level priorities and risk plans into specific network-level execution plans, including named accounts, contact cadences, and SLAs.
  • Relaunch and scale the hub-and-spoke adoption motion across priority states, owning provider engagement and referral volume on the spoke side while partnering on hub relationships.
  • Define onboarding and adoption playbooks, tracking requirements, and performance measures; direct AI-supported documentation and system maintenance.
  • Identify and close execution gaps, resolve priority and timeline disagreements with account management, and handle escalations.
  • Diagnose stalled provider relationships and accounts, determine corrective actions, and use activity patterns to guide investigation.
  • Represent network engagement with state agency partners and internal leadership; review and refine AI-generated status reporting.
  • Travel periodically for work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading teams in a customer-facing, revenue-adjacent function such as implementation, customer success, account management, or network management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience translating the strategy of a separate revenue-owning function into team execution and resolving cross-functional priority or timeline disagreements.
  • Demonstrated ownership of hiring, conversions, performance management, and other people decisions.
  • Experience diagnosing stalled repeatable motions and determining changes needed before relaunch.
  • Fluency working with AI tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Deep knowledge of behavioral health delivery systems and state Medicaid or crisis-response programs.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and creative solution-design skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience scaling provider engagement and referral adoption across state behavioral health networks.
  • Experience designing documented operating cadences, onboarding programs, adoption playbooks, and automated tracking systems.
