Responsibilities
Partner Development
- Build and maintain executive, operational, and technical relationships across health system partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, timely, and reliable communication.
- Advise health system leaders on best practices connecting platform capabilities to clinical and operational priorities.
- Analyze usage trends, adoption patterns, and growth potential to identify risk and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct executive business reviews, assess product performance, share value attainment, and align on future opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales on expansion opportunities, goals, milestones, action plans, and solution presentations.
- Track partner expansion metrics and contribute to revenue growth and retention targets.
Clinician Success
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across strategic customers.
- Connect platform capabilities to clinician workflows, productivity, and patient outcomes.
- Provide product training and onboarding support.
- Identify and resolve clinician issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption data and develop interventions to drive sustainable utilization.
Partner Advocacy
- Partner with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and remove adoption barriers.
- Represent partner insights, feedback, and success stories internally.
- Contribute to partner success resources, case studies, engagement materials, and communication strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing or client-facing roles, including management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health system innovation.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing a focused portfolio of strategic partners in a high-touch model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex software solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $156,000–$179,340.
