Responsibilities
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Architects serving enterprise customers.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for team members.
- Establish team goals, performance metrics, and accountability structures tied to customer success outcomes.
- Drive retention and expansion strategies for enterprise customers with Sales leadership.
- Develop scalable processes for onboarding, success planning, and expansion.
- Analyze customer health metrics and create proactive intervention strategies.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of the platform and establish implementation best practices.
- Lead complex technical escalations and problem-solving initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing on customer success, product improvements, and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent customer needs in internal strategy discussions and improve team and customer-facing processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of people management experience, preferably leading technical customer-facing teams.
- 8–10 years of experience in client-facing and/or technology-focused roles combining business and technical expertise.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-growing environments.
- Experience developing talent and creating career growth paths for technical professionals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations, APIs, databases, and data integration systems.
- Experience with customer success methodologies, metrics, and best practices.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data stack technologies.
- Background in Customer Data Platforms, marketing technology, or data activation.
- Experience at B2B SaaS companies, particularly in customer success or solutions engineering.
- Track record of driving enterprise customer expansion and reducing churn.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $230,000–$260,000 USD.
- Compensation has an 80/20 variable split.
- Location-independent compensation under the remote-first policy.
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
