Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end social campaigns across tentpole and always-on initiatives, from creative briefing through post-mortem.
- Translate campaign strategy into social plans with timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
- Coordinate agency and vendor partners on asset creation, feedback, and delivery workflows.
- Lead campaign war rooms and ensure real-time content is on-brand, on-strategy, and approved.
- Support communications for Wrapped and other major cultural moments.
- Coordinate with marketing, editorial, creative, and global market teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Reimagine @ThisIsSpotify's presence on X by defining platform strategy, content purpose, voice, and plans.
- Create and publish content for X, including trend responses, campaign amplification, and always-on storytelling.
- Edit and produce short-form video recaps and social-native content.
- Track platform performance and iterate strategy based on insights.
- Translate company news, executive messaging, and corporate narratives into social content.
- Develop social playbooks for earnings, policy announcements, Loud & Clear, and executive thought leadership.
- Craft copy for @ThisIsSpotify and executive channels in alignment with broader communications strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, focused on campaign execution and platform strategy.
- Track record of leading social campaigns end-to-end for a major consumer brand or entertainment company.
- Deep expertise across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills across platform voices and tones.
- Video editing proficiency for campaign footage and social-native content.
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships and creative delivery workflows.
- Strong cultural instincts and understanding of trending conversations.
- Operational rigor in managing timelines, briefs, and cross-functional workflows.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across multiple priorities.
- Experience with corporate or brand communications on social.
- Familiarity with real-time social strategy during major cultural or company moments.
