Own PermitFlow’s B2B events and field marketing portfolio, managing logistics, budgets, vendors, experimentation, and executive visibility. The role connects events to pipeline and revenue while building scalable processes in partnership with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the events portfolio, including industry conferences, owned events, customer gatherings, and field marketing.
- Build the event calendar and determine investment priorities.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including venues, budgets, vendors, contractors, staffing, and event execution.
- Test and iterate on event formats, venues, and target audiences.
- Drive high-value attendance and booth traffic.
- Define event success metrics and track pipeline and revenue impact.
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, sales, customer success, and business operations to align events with go-to-market priorities.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendors and contractors, and maintain budget accountability.
- Build repeatable event processes and playbooks.
- Present event recommendations and results to company leadership.
- Source executive speaking opportunities and manage content submissions.
Requirements
- Experience running B2B events in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience managing event logistics, including venues and floor plans.
- Ability to connect events to pipeline, revenue, and broader organizational goals.
- Experience partnering with sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build programs from the ground up.
- Experience setting goals, managing budgets, and measuring results.
