Responsibilities
- Translate global messaging pillars and product launches into integrated program playbooks for regional Field Marketing teams.
- Design, launch, and manage scalable global demand-generation initiatives, including Meeting Makers, direct mailers, virtual research summits, and persona-aligned webinar series.
- Build and maintain turnkey “Event-in-a-Box” frameworks and playbooks for consistent regional execution.
- Support customer expansion campaigns that educate the install base and drive adoption and upsell.
- Standardize program reporting and post-campaign assessments.
- Equip Field Marketing and Sales/BDR teams with actionable insights, lead-enablement assets, and clear SLAs to maximize pipeline conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management experience.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mailers, and content syndication campaigns.
- Experience mapping campaign themes to Product Marketing launch calendars and aligning execution with sales pipeline goals.
- Exceptional collaboration skills across global field teams, Product Marketing, digital, and revenue organizations in a matrixed environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a high-growth technology sector.
- Experience using campaign performance dashboards to track pipeline influence and ROI.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
- US base salary range: $120,000–$165,000 USD.
- Individual pay varies by work location and factors including skills, experience, and education or training.
