Responsibilities
- Build outbound systems to identify and qualify target prospects.
- Improve how the company is discovered through search, content, LLM answers, and programmatic surfaces.
- Design, launch, analyze, and scale or discontinue growth experiments.
- Create compounding communications systems, including case studies, thought leadership, and technical posts.
- Develop novel distribution strategies such as referral loops, partnerships, events, and physical campaigns.
- Build and manage inbound automation tools.
- Establish analytics that make growth performance measurable and hold the team accountable to results.
- Work directly with the founding team to determine growth priorities and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000–$165,000 annual salary.
