About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with channel experts to plan and execute strategy and drive investment across high-yield digital media channels, including Paid Email/Newsletters, third-party Virtual Events/Webinars, Content Syndication, and Publisher Display.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for over 30 industry vendors and publishers, managing programs from planning to execution and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, tracking links, and lead uploads.
  • Own and support digital marketing budget allocation for new testing initiatives across untapped vendor inventory, tracking performance to identify scalable pipeline sources.
  • Conduct ongoing vendor research to identify and evaluate new audiences and opportunities, proactively adapting strategy to trends including AI-specific vendors and programs.
  • Analyze lead conversion, pipeline-to-spend ratios, and ROI to maximize top-converting lead sources and meet efficiency targets.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and design teams to ensure creative alignment and seamless campaign execution.
  • Own program management, including budgeting, procurement, execution, and reporting.
  • Provide marketing leadership with campaign performance, digital roadmap, and pipeline generation updates.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation role.
  • Experience managing paid email sponsorships, third-party virtual events/webinars, and content syndication programs.
  • Experience with vendor management and negotiation, including managing multiple campaigns and more than 30 vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and technology stacks, specifically Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, Tableau, or Demandbase.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with the cybersecurity and AI vendor landscape, including security buyer personas, the market, and technical products.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, Brand, Creative, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong data-driven and detail-oriented mindset focused on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and tracking pipeline metrics.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in experimentation and innovation to drive incremental performance.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • US base salary range: $120,000–$165,000 USD.
  • Benefits are provided in addition to base salary.
