Senior Product Manager
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven automation for pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows. The role requires product management or design experience, production AI delivery, strong interaction design judgment, and technical fluency.

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows, applying strong product design judgment and iterating based on customer behavior.
- Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions.
- Partner closely with engineering to ship correct, transparent, and reliable production features.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes.
- Work with Customer Success and Solutions teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Occasionally support onboarding to understand edge cases and trust concerns around automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management or Design experience in technology, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- Portfolio or track record demonstrating strong design instincts.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features to production and judgment about when automation earns user trust.
- Strong product design sensibility and attention to interaction details.
- Technical depth or familiarity with billing systems, APIs, data pipelines, fintech, or compliance domains.
- Excellent communication with engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers.
- Startup mindset, bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and ownership from discovery through launch.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $130,000–$180,000 CAD.
