Technical Account Manager
Own the technical health, adoption, deployment, and long-term success of Seeq’s strategic enterprise accounts. The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing technical position, strong enterprise IT fluency, and the ability to coordinate complex technical issues across customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison and advocate for strategic, high-touch customers.
- Partner with Customer Success and Revenue teams on technical strategy, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Plan and manage customized solution rollouts, integrations, deployments, site expansions, testing, and coordination.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Seeq platform, network, security, and infrastructure requirements.
- Shepherd urgent and complex support tickets, coordinating with Seeq Support, Development, and other internal teams.
- Conduct technical reviews covering uptime, support trends, configuration audits, training gaps, and forward-looking technical plans.
- Monitor customer performance, availability, hardware, networks, connectivity, offline devices, uptime, and recurring issues.
- Identify technical risks, propose preventive measures, and advocate for platform improvements and feature enhancements.
- Translate customer needs into product requests and product changes into customer-ready communications.
- Improve Seeq’s TAM services, processes, and best practices through critical thinking and change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, or higher-tier Customer Support.
- Broad technical knowledge of Seeq or a similar enterprise-level product, with deeper expertise in specific components or capabilities.
- Experience owning complex enterprise or strategic accounts as the primary technical point of contact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive issues through resolution and focus on outcomes.
- Expertise using platform analytics for data-informed decisions.
- Ability to facilitate executive-level conversations and cross-functional workshops.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and technical translation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex customer relationships and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to coordinate across time zones and geographically diverse regions.
- Adaptability when priorities, customer needs, product strategy, or organizational direction change.
