Adoption Strategist
Drives enterprise customer adoption, engagement, and business value for an AI-powered contract platform. The role leads adoption roadmaps and cross-functional delivery while advising executive stakeholders on SaaS, AI, organizational change, and measurable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define business objectives, adoption strategies, and success metrics.
- Develop and execute adoption roadmaps that accelerate user engagement and business value realization for enterprise and strategic customers.
- Translate AI capabilities and evolving product motions into language and delivery plans that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Partner with Contract AI Services to ensure implementation and AI configuration support long-term adoption.
- Own project execution end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment across internal and customer teams.
- Manage escalations, reset expectations, realign stakeholders, and resolve scope conflicts.
- Contribute to delivery methodology, scoping playbooks, and adoption frameworks.
- Monitor adoption metrics, customer health, and business outcomes; recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, SaaS capabilities, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Enterprise SaaS adoption.
- Experience leading enterprise technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, AI technologies, organizational change management, and customer success methodologies.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Experience using adoption metrics and analytics to measure customer success and business outcomes.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive leadership teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000–$145,000.
